I needed an obscure part for an older snow machine and they had what I needed, sensed the urgency in getting my sled back on the amazing snow in Utah right now and were VERY fair on pricing. I can't remember the gentleman's name in the parts department but he had me hold all of 45 seconds to MAKE SURE the parts I needed were there. Jordan in shipping was very professional and pointed me to the proper shipping option to save me a few bucks. I travel to Idaho a great deal. Brian has been very good and honest to deal with for new machines and for values of trade ins. My last new ATV needed a battery and a shock was leaking and there was no problem, "bring it in and we'll fix it" and they did. Kristi in service is always so good in taking care of you. Service mechanics seem to know what to do and are experienced saving me time and money. I will be back for some new jet skis this fall. 2018.

Andrew in Sales, Kristi in Parts, and Devin in the Service Department are an incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and honest team. Last fall I had taken my two snowmobiles to the largest snowmobile dealer in Boise to get them repaired. After waiting 4 months the Service Department Manager finally came back with an estimate of over $4,000 in needed repairs. Discouraged, I took the machines to Mile High for them to sell on consignment or for parts. Andrew and Devin suggested I have their Service Department check the two units to see what they could find. Devin gave me an appointment time in two weeks. In ten days he called me back to let me know they had diagnosed the machines and had found them to be in excellent condition (130 PSI in all cylinders) except for water in the gas tanks, and needed carb rebuilds and assorted pre-season adjustments. No top end rebuilds or lower end seal replacements as had been specified down in Boise. The Mile High Service Department did the work ahead of schedule, for $2,500 less than Boise, and the machines now run perfectly. I will NEVER take any of my recreational vehicles whether snowmobiles, ATVs or boats to anyone other than Mile High from now on.

I want to Thank crew at Mile High for saving my snowmobiling trip to McCall. Once I got to McCall I started my sled up and it went into limp mode. I brought my sled over and even though all the mechanics were busy, one of the parts guys went and hooked my sled up to their computer and read code. It was a loose temp sensor on the exhaust. They fixed it for me right away. In and out in under a hour. Thanks. A plus service!!!!

Wow! It's rare to find a business with such great people. I picked up a boat I bought in McCall this weekend. Mile High did some summer prep work for the prior owner, so the boat was in their parking lot. The staff from Mile High spent about an hour of helping me prepare it for a 500 mile drive home. I ended up buying some tie-down straps, but they were already willing to help me out even when they thought I wasn't buying anything.

I highly recommend stopping by here. The people are really friendly, and it looks like they enjoy working here and helping their customers get equipped for some outdoor fun.

I would like to say Thank you to Brian and the staff at Mike high. I bought a used rzr in November and on the day I bought it I had some real bad luck. The motor sized. And Brian stepped up and took care of the problem at no cost to me except some waiting time to get the rzr back. I appreciate it so much and from now on I will do all my business there. Made the drive from caldwell to pick up a old fixer upper four Wheeler we are going to use for some light Farm work Andrew was awesome and even let us drive a couple side by sides afterwards these guys are very knowledgeable and friendly it's definitely worth the drive
